General Guidelines

  • The paper must fall within the themes and track areas of ICICSET 2026.
  • The paper must be written in English, grammatically correct and free from typographical errors.
  • Original research papers are preferred; however, original reviews and surveys are also acceptable.
  • Concepts, models and results must not have been submitted or published elsewhere, except for appropriately expanded versions.
  • Experiments, analyses and statistics should be performed using standard methods and clearly described.
  • Conclusions must be supported by the results and clearly stated.
  • Appropriate references with proper citations are required. IEEE style should be used for IT and Engineering, and APA style for other disciplines.
  • Recommended paper length is 5–7 pages for technical papers and 10–12 pages for non-technical papers.
  • Papers will be scanned for plagiarism.
  • If AI-generated content is used, it must be appropriately disclosed in the acknowledgments.

Checklist Before Submission

  • The manuscript should follow the ICICSET 2026 conference template.
  • Both the source file and PDF should be prepared according to the conference submission requirements.
  • Check the correctness of all author names, author order and corresponding author designation.
  • Ensure that all figures, tables and references are properly numbered and cited in the manuscript.
  • Review the manuscript carefully for grammatical, formatting and typographical errors.

  • Submit the paper through the Microsoft CMT submission system .

Acceptance Procedure

Submitted papers proceed through the following evaluation stages.

Plagiarism Checking

Submitted papers are checked for originality and similarity. Revisions may be requested when necessary.

Linguistic Examination

Papers may be reviewed for language quality, readability, grammar and typographical errors.

Technical Review

Papers undergo peer review based on originality, technical quality, relevance, methodology and contribution. Multiple review rounds may be required.

4

Final Decision

Based on the review recommendations and required revisions, the final acceptance or rejection decision is communicated to the authors.
